Founded by Dr. Jennifer Wong, this consultancy grew out of more than a decade working at the intersection of research, policy, philanthropy, and nonprofit leadership. Over the years, Jennifer saw a common pattern: visionary founders and leaders carrying enormous responsibility, often without the right operational or strategic support beside them.

Leadership can be exhilarating—but it can also be isolating. What begins with bold ideas and energy can slowly become weighed down by operational demands, constant decision-making, and the pressure to hold everything together.
