Interim + fractional leadership that stabilizes execution and builds the operating system.

For founders, executive directors, and boards who need momentum through transition, growth, or complexity.

I’m the steady partner brought in when work is getting dropped, decisions are bottlenecked, or the team needs a clear cadence that actually holds. Sometimes I build or reset the system. Often, I stay on to steward it so it doesn’t slide back. It’s what I wanted when

When Work is Falling Through the Cracks

I work with mission-driven organizations where leadership is carrying too much and the work is too important for drift.

Most often, I’m brought in by a….

  • Founder

  • Executive Director / CEO

  • Board Chair or board member

  • VP-level leadership (e.g., Chief Operating Officer, People/HR)

You Might Be Here:

“We’re dropping balls and everyone feels maxed out.”

“We need an operating system, not another plan.”

“We need leadership coverage during a transition.”

“We are underutilizing our Board’s expertise.”

“Our messaging isn’t converting.”

Services

  • Steady leadership coverage during a gap, transition, parental leave, or leadership reset. Usually ED / COO / Chief of Staff-style coverage.

  • Ongoing support to build the internal system and keep priorities moving.

  • A time-bound engagement to reset expectations, clarify roles, and equip the board to drive fundraising in practical ways. Sprints focus on: donor lanes, outreach tools, tracking, and momentum.

  • Messaging, narrative, and assets that unlock outreach.

Meet the Founder

Jennifer Wong, PhD

I’m an executive-level strategist and interim leader who helps mission-driven organizations navigate complexity, transition, and growth by bringing clarity, steadiness, and an operating system that turns strategy into execution by myself and with an incredible team when the project calls for it!

My background spans nonprofit leadership, philanthropy, and public-sector work often in environments with high stakes, many stakeholders, and limited margin for chaos. I’m known for calm leadership, sharp synthesis, and practical systems that teams can actually maintain.
